Document Preparation & Processing

Aside from vetting and matching you with a prospective helper applicant. Our service includes a dedicated case consultant to keep you updated and on track, ensuring efficient document preparation for a smooth deployment process. We handle consulate drop-offs, arrange one standard medical exam in the Philippines, and cover the contract notarization fee for one standard employment contract. The visa fee for one employment visa, Overseas Worker Insurance mandated by the Philippine Government, and processing fees to our counterpart agency in the Philippines are also included.

For first-timers, we cover the TESDA assessment fee, while non-first-timers receive complimentary Life Skills Training for Macau, valued at MOP$206.34. We provide one day of mandatory food and travel allowance, cover all domestic transportation and accommodation fees (excluding domestic flights), and cap one-way travel costs from the Philippines to Macau at MOP$1,341.23. Additionally, we offer a complimentary pick-up service for first-time domestic workers arriving in Macau, from the airport to our office at New City Commercial Center, Avenida Barbossa if needed.

Client Care

We offer a 2-year consultation period within the contract, providing professional guidance for first-time employers and helpers. Our experts offer opinions on working issues such as leave scheduling, communication, and termination, and provide ad-hoc support for unexpected situations like medical issues, interpersonal conflicts, and visa extensions. If the helper you intended to hire is unable to start work due to death, medical failure, pre-arrival disappearance, or visa rejection, we offer a 50% refund of the paid service fee. For instances where the helper placement did not work out in the first 3 months of employment. Employers will be offered a MOP$2579.35 voucher for the next Full Placement service.
