Document Preparation & Processing
We'll handle all the paper work and ensure a smooth deployment process. Our dedicated case consultant will keep you updated every step of the way, and we'll even assis with consulat drop-offs. We'll also cover essential fees like the medical exam, contract notarization, visa and insurance.
Training and Support
To ensure a successful transition, complimentary life skills training are done in partnership with TESDA for non-first-time workers and also covers the TESDA assessment fee for first timers at MOP$206.34. We also provide a one-day food and travel allowance and cover dometic transportation cost at MOP$1,341.23. For first-time domestic workers, we offer a complimentary pick-up service from the airport to our office
Client Care
Our commitment does not end after deployment. We offer two years of consultation to address any issues that may arise. Our expert team can provide guidance on everything from leave scheduling to handling unexpected situations like medical emergencies or visa extensions. We also offer a unique guarantee: if your helper is unable to start work due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll refund 50% of your service fee.
